Hi Rajeev. Welcome to the forum of Ancient Voice. Right now visitors can create posts into existing threads as guests. If any thread needs to be created it can be requested in a post. Earlier there were some access problems for visitors because of which they were not able to create posts. Now this is corrected and every visitor will be able to create posts into a thread of their choice.
